Faithwriters did not end my membership after several requests to do so. They kept taking money out of my account earlier and earlier every other month by a couple of days, in six months time it came out six days earlier. They would not give me a phone number to contact them with. It took three requests to communicate via email with the person in charge B. Scott Lindsay. They were evasive everytime I asked questions not answering the questions. I threatened to contact an attorney to no avail, it was only when I asked to see their business license that my membership was canceled, and no hint of a business license for Livonia Michigan. I tried to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and there was no record of the company. I contacted the Michigan State Treasurers office, we'll see what happens. Nothing makes me more angry than someone saying they are a Christian and being the biggest deceivers around draging the name of Christ in the dirt. The reputation of Jesus Christ means way too much to me to see that happen.

I'm sorry to hear that some had problems with cancelling their membership with Faithwriters but that was not what I experienced.
When you sign up, it is clearly stated that they wish for you to stay a member for at least a year. You are in agreement with that when you sign up. I did find myself however, after nine months unable to continue that commitment and so I emailed them using the "contact us".
Whenever I had to email them with anything their response has been quick and friendly and this was no exception. They offered their prayers and concern about my financial situation which I had explained to them in the email about how it was proving to become a difficulty to me to pay for the membership.
They cancelled the membership promptly, about two days after I sent the email.
I was very happy as a paid member of Faithwriters, with what they offered and in their response to need.
