After ordering a bracelet online and paying for it through PayPal, I did not receive the product for over a year. After sending countless emails, with no response prior to receiving the product I finally contacted PayPal to receive my money back. At this time I got the responses and the bracelet. However, today I had to sign for an envelope from USPS and it was a notice to show up in small claims court in Washington. I live in Missouri. The claim is that I owe MICHAEL FREIDMAN $5000.00 due to violating the terms is service and breached contract, engaged in bank fraud and defrauded the plaintiff.

I immediately call Mr. Friedman and leave a message. He got my money, I got the product, there should be no issue, PayPal did not refund my money. He told me that by contacting PayPal I violated his contract, he still had to pay for the product out of his pocket, and it was a defamation of his character. Mind you, that he did receive the money. PayPal did not refund it to me because I received the product on filing the claim. He was very unprofessional on the phone, lied and stated that I had sent him an email regarding a supposed collection notice stating F**k you. I never received a collection notice that I could possibly have replied too. When I told him he had me confused with another customer he stated he was suing for defamation of character and then said see you in court, F**K you and hung up. Obviously I can’t travel to Washington to attend court over a $69.00 bracelet. How can you be sued for paying for a product, trying to find out information because it hasn’t been received, and finally receiving it? DO NOT BUY FROM FALLEN HEROS BRACELET! No matter what the situation you will not come out of it unscathed.

Fallen Hero Bracelets is now claiming that they will be suing me for One MILLION dollars

AUTHOR: Jamze - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, May 04, 2018

Since my last update to my report, Michael Friedman replied to my report that was sent to the State of Washington attorney general. In this he claimed that I was a liar and defrauded him of money. Again, more things that are not true. I have repeatedly said he got the money, I finally received a bracelet. And now because I filed reports with the BBB, and Attorney General’s office, he is suing me for defamation for one million dollars.

Please stay away from this business. For all of the victims of this company out there, we could get together to file a class action lawsuit against him. For me personally, it wouldn’t be about getting any financial gain from him.....but to stop him from continuing to scam customers.

Fallen Hero Bracelets-DO NOT do business with this company!

AUTHOR: Jamze - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, April 12, 2018

Since my original contact with Mr. Friedman, I have contacted and reported Scam/Fraudulent business to the BBB as well as left this same post to the BBB website under reviews. In addition to that, I have contacted the Washington State Attorney Generals office and have emailed the court system this paperwork was filed with.

I included all the previous reviews and post of this website so that they could see the type of company and individual that consumers are dealing with. Hopefully these offices will step in on behalf of honest consumers and retaliate against Fallen Hero Bracelets and Michael Friedmann. To add to this update, the bracelet I received wasn’t actually made by Michael Friedmann’s company or supposed foundation.

It was packaged in plastic with a sticker from China and a price tag of $24.95 on it. After all of this chaos so far, I could have ordered it directly from the manufacturer, saved money, and would not have to deal with a frivolous lawsuit over a bracelet that actually cost $24.95, not $69.00.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Fallen Hero Bracelets is a not-for-profit fraud

AUTHOR: Real Ethics - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 11, 2018

You may be wise change the classification of this "business" from jewelry to "Non-Profit Fraud" and report this to the Washington State Attorney General's Office, BBB and others.  He is not a military vet or security contractor of any kind, never has been.  Everything about him is a fraud. He keeps the proceeds from his fake non-profits and lives off of them while claiming he has no income.
