Family Security Council - Design Savers Plan ripoff bogus company no refunds after promised Atlanta Georgia

I have read other reports on Design Savers Plan, which is now known as Family Security Council, and all of the bad reports are true. I canceled my policy on December 20, 2006 and have not received a refund of my premium yet. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and was notified that Design Savers Plan was sold to Family Security Council. How can you sell a company to someone who already owns it. This is just a ruse to delay sending refunds. I have made many calls and get the same run around each time. My refund should be $139.50 and they are determined not to send it to me.
