Fashion Pretty Hair /Aliexpress Kevin Lui (Supplier for Fashion Pretty Hair) Undrrthe umbrella of Aliexpress and Alaibaba location China order a wig, snet the wrong wig contacted supplier Kevin Lui. return wrong wig 3/27/2014. Have not heard one word from supplier since may 13, 2014. Paid $220.00 no refund no wig. Now suppplier willnot answer my e-mails and ALiexpress is no hel they keep transfering me to different people and callling dear. China Nationwide

Good Afternoon:

My name is Suzanne (e-mail villia222@aol.com). By reading you product information page It is my understanding that Aliexpress is one of your distributors. I order a customize full lace Brazilian Virgin wig from the Aliexpress , my seller contact was a Mr. Kevin Liu. Order number 61402384255279

The order was placed on March 15th, 2014. On March 27th, I received the full lace wig, but it was the Wrong Size and Color,and it was not customized. At that point I contacted Mr.Liu by e- mail and explained the discrepancy Mr. Liu asked me if I wanted a refund and I told him NO, not at this time , I would like to have the wig replace. Mr. Liu gave me the return address and I sent it by US Postal Service

( claim # ( LC400612233US). the conversation in reference to this claim went back an forth until May 13th, 2014, when I was informed by Mr. Liu that the package was in China and he should received the package within a few days. Then I was told by Mr. Liu the replacement would made as soon as the first order was received.

Mr. Liu requested the measurements again . After he realize that the wig had to be custom made I was told that an additional cost would be $30.00. The first amount pay was $190.00 on March 18th, 2014 (VISA), second payment of $30.00 was paypal May 13th, 2014 also by (VISA). Total amount of this wig was $220.00. Last correspondence that I had with Mr. Kevin Liu was May 23rd, 2014 when he ask me to change my feedback which I did without reservation, because I believe that this matter was handle very professionally and he was willing to correct the error.. As of this date I can not got in touch Mr. Liu I have sent him many e-mails inquiring about my replacement full lace wig and he has not responded to any of them.

Ms. Zandy, I can not afford to lose $220.00 I need to know when the replacement is going to sent or if I will get a full refund . Please assist me in this matter . I have copies of all e-mail to and from if needed. Thanking you in advance

Aliexpress is blamming Pay Pal

 Received an e-mail from Aliexpress on my compliant. They ask for all informtion pertaining to my case. I have e-mail  more than once (5 times) all information including dates and conversations from their supplier (Fashion Pretty Hair, Kevin Lui). I have also included the withdraws fromthe credit card statements, return receipt from the Post Office proving that the merchandize was returned.  Now they are telling me since Pay Pal was involved . Aliexpress is a fraud company.  Now they want to switch the blam to someone else instead of refunding my money.   DO NO Do Business with this company they do not stand by their Name or their Word.
