Company took weeks to deliver the original shirt that was ordered in November 2013.  Shirt needed to be exchanged. Per their website orders over $100 recieve free shipping and returns.  It took me weeks to reach someone to send me a prepaid label.  I finally received a label in late December 2013.

I returned the shirt December 31, 2013 and have not received the exchange shirt.  I cannot reach anyone by phone or email.  I am also not sure their items are authentic.

AUTHOR: Roberta - () has issued a refund for the returned shirt and has apologized for the delay.  They had some trouble in the return and exchange department that has since been rectified.
