Partner of Fashion Solutions, LLC Tony Soffe invoiced us for shirt production. After we paid he disappeared to Mexico. Later returning 40 days later with no production complete. Then later, disappears with no communication and no product 5 months later. We have lost over $11,000 to his company with no product in return. We later learn that he owes other vendors and even his own business partner money. This company is a scam and nobody is advised to do business with Tony Soffe or Fashion Solutions, LLC.

After weeks with no response our lawyer, his business partner Ahmed and others have finally found Tony Sofe. A few bogus claims he is responding to this matter: 1.) He is demanding more money. The original invoice was not accurate. The invoice we paid in December. This is the first time hearing this. 2.) He claims he purchased fabric for our project in early January. We confirmed with the factory that was not done and they did not have fabric. 3.) Factory never quoted the job all together. They never had details about our project to quote. ( which makes sense why the invoice is not accurate) 4.) He still will not return our funds. 5.) We still have no product. We are pulling this project. It's been 6 months+ after he charged us and still nothing has happened. Nothing but lies and missed deadlines. This guy is not a good person. He will take your money and disappear. We will be demanding our money back by this Friday 5/5 EOD. If we do not have our money returned we will have no choice but to file suit against him and Fashion Solutions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TONY OR FASHION SOLUTIONS. ALL HIS PLANTS AND VENDORS WANT NO ASSOCIATION TO HIM EITHER.
