My cart was ordered from FassonCarts.com back in August and was supposed to be here by mid September.  I originally called the company and got a voicemail say they'd call me back.  I waited and a man named Roger called me back and said he was their sales guy.

After deciding on the cart that I wanted, they took half of the payment, and said the other half would be taken at shipping.  They took the shipping payment on August 29th, 2013.  After many days of waiting, I called the office to ask about my cart.  No answer.  I called Roger and he informed me that I should have it.  He took 3 days to research with the shipping company because they "are a huge national company and those companies don't communicate well" to let me know that my hot dog cart was dropped off of the truck here in MY town.  I asked why I wasn't called about it and he said big shipping chains don't care.  He also wouldn't tell me the name of the shipping company, which was extremely odd.

Roger's solution was that he would put it on an express build and have it out ASAP.  Again nothing.  Today is October 25th and I've called several times to him and his office in the last month.  His office won't respond and he won't give me any number of any other employee or manager.  He claims he will get fired if he gives out a number.

I told him that I was going to attempt to get my charges reversed with my bank and file a report on this website and he told me that his company's very powerful lawyers will sue me.

Don't go through this business.

doesn't exist

AUTHOR: brownmatt420 - ()

POSTED: Friday, December 27, 2013

Your website no longer exists and I still haven't received a call from your company.  You can say whatever you want about my name, I never hid my real name from you.  I'm still waiting for your non existant attorney to call me.  It IS funny that you have told my bank that you shipped the cart and I have gotten it, and on here you've written that you haven't shipped it.  So thank you, for helping me get my money back.

When you have nothing constructive to add or proof..just call someone a liar

AUTHOR: Roger - ()

POSTED: Monday, December 02, 2013

Yes, if you have nothing, like he does, to back up his story, it's best to just call us lairs, and tell anyone reading these statements, they can "see" we are the bad guys....I have more faith in our reading public than this ripoff artist...who thinks his "real" name is nobody's business. Again, anyone is welcome to call us at our business number to get a reply. Seems only this crooked customer can't reach us. Call us and we will give you his full name and emails, then you can decide for yourself.

Of course we told him we shipped the cart after he told an employee of the company that he would do a changeback after it shipped so he could keep the cart and get his money back. We wanted proof he was going to commit fraud, and we have it. Only this poor crook has his money back...but is pissed he doesn't have the cart too. Notice how he still expects us to send him the cart when his money has already been returned???? So I hope he keeps writing to ripoff report. Our attorney gets happier everyday this fraudster writes to ripoff.

Interesting excuse about this person not using his real name. None of anyone's business?! Being American has nothing to do with it. I guess if you are going to ripoff your own insurance company as he said he did, and try to ripoff honest companies like us...it is best to hide your real name. It's going to be real justice when this person is standing in court across from our attorney in a few months telling the judge this company doesn't exsist.

In the mean time, have a great holiday! We will open again in January for our 17th year (of non-exsistance). Let us know you read this report, so we can use it in our case against this con artist, and get an additional $300.00 discount plus extras!!

What?!

AUTHOR: brownmatt420 - ()

POSTED: Monday, December 02, 2013

Any person who reads this will understand that you're covering your lies.  The biggest point to this is that you told me the cart was shipped, it still has not arrived.  Also, you still have not provided me with any phone number where a person picks up instead of an answering machine.  I have STILL called the "office" phone number and you haven't responded.

Your company does not exist.  If it does, feel free to reply to this with a UBI.

Any for your information, what name I use to be "american" is none of your business.  I do my legal work with my real name with all of my other businesses.  What a weird thing to try to attack me about.  Also, learn how to type.

Reply to continuing attacks

AUTHOR: Roger - ()

POSTED: Friday, November 15, 2013

Now readers may understand who we were dealing with. This person's reply is to futher attack us with personal insults and name calling. And he wonders why no one wants to talk to him?

In all his ranting you can read that he is an angry individual who acts like a two year old yelling "liar...liar..pants on fire!", and like anyone trying to saving himself from a failed scam...he can't even come up with a convincing lie...

How can he claim we don't exsist as a company when he made payment into the corporate bank account? Try opening a corporate account at your local bank without a registered corporation and see how far you get.

He thinks it's "easier" to transact business with a fake "Americanized" name? Tell that to all the immigrants who are proud to use their own name. What do you think this person has to hide using a fake name? If he thinks that we don't know his real name, how could we mention that we found out it wasn't? Banks do not process payments without listing legal information. That's how we found out he was lying about his name.

He admits to filing a chargeback when he thought we had shipped the second cart, and that "we would get our money after he recieved the cart". You know any business that woud ship to a person after he filed a chargeback and said he would keep both the cart and his money for his troubles, or maybe pay us? That's why we quickly processed and return all his money.

In the old days if you found a customer was going to scam you, you took steps to stop him in his tracks, and he would go away and try the scam on somebody else. In today's internet world ligitmate businesses find themselves defending against these scammers who, when their scam is defeated, take revenge in sites like this to try to distroy honest companies trying to make a living. Really? Dont you think any ligitmate complaint would be better spend on a lawsuit, or a complaint to the authorities? Yes, if it had been a ligitimate complaint.

As you will see, this person will continue to make rebuttals, threats, and rants that we are lairs, and don't exsist. Why not make an informed decision on your own and call us? We can show you documentation of the truth, and we can provide that we are a ligitimate company in business for 17 years, with hundreds of happy customers instead of believing one angry child who didn't get his way?

He is treating all this as one big joke. He laughted at us and said he can say anything he wants because he is protected by the first amendment. Lets see how funny he thinks this is in a few months.

lie.

Lol Roger.  Anyone that reads your response compared to mine will realize that you're a liar.  I have called your business office since all of this happened and they still haven't called me...BECAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST!

As far as not using my real name, you're a moron, I used an Americanized name because it's easier to use than my real name.  Also, it really didn't matter what the name was since the card had the businesses name on it, and not my real name.  But you wouldn't know that since you're business never looked at my card or verified it!

You never shipped anything, you're a liar.  The last thing that I texted you was that you'd get your money once I received the cart.  After checking with the dept or revenue of florida and georgia, I've realized that you're not a real business.

Rebuttal to false statements from Roger

AUTHOR: Roger - ()

POSTED: Friday, November 15, 2013

First, Ripoff report is a forum where anyone can post anything they like without reprisal. Statements are not checked, proof is not required...basically if you want to complain that your parrot can't drive...this site will post it. If you beleive everything you read on the internet, you are not likely a good match for our company...just like this fellow wasn't. We keep all emails and texts, so if you require proof of what I will tell you here, please feel free to email me and ask. Hopefully, you understand if a business ran as this person says....they wouldn't be in business for so many years.

Here is my side. This gentleman called August 31, 2013 to inquire about a purchase. He said he had his cart stolen and had gotten his revenge, now he wanted to buy a custom designed cart from us. As a sales rep for Fassoncarts, I emailed him a proposal and schematic of what he wanted, and even included free shipping to Washington state. A savings of over $900.00.

He asked for two proposals showing I had charged him for shipping, so he could ask his insurance to pay him for it. I appologised and said we could not help him commit fraud. He didn't like my reply, but liked the cart and the price and wanted to order. I told him that after payment clears, we had a 2-3 week turn around plus a 5-6 day for shipping to WA. state. He agreed to the timeline.

It took him a few days to make his payment, That is when we discovered he had not been using his real name for the purchase. But his name was confirmed, so production on his cart began September 9, 2013. His cart was ready to ship on September 23, 2013, and shipped on September 25, 2013 after creating and packing. We ship only through national shipping companies and on a rare occasions there are shipping issues. Unluckly for this customer, his cart was damaged in transit around September 30, 2013. Any other company would have told him that he would have to file a claim with the shipping company, keep the cart, and have it fixed when they received their claim money...a process that usually takes u to two months.

But we don't do that to our customers. We know how important it is to get your cart as soon as possible. So we offered the customer a choice of a full refund or a replacement cart we could build within two weeks. On October 7 he finally gave us a reply he wanted the cart. But he also wanted money for his troubles. I told him we couldn't do both. That's when the treats started. He wanted to complain and extort the company...get me fired...talk to the shipping company and mess up the claim we where putting in to recover costs of the damaged cart. Then he started telling me he would do a chargeback on us as soon as he received his second cart, so he would have the cart and his money back.

That is when we stopped production on his cart, and processed the chargeback in October that he had already started, thinking we had already shipped the second cart. As such, he felt since he could not get away with making a official complaint to athorities, he chose instead to use this forum to try to ruin us. I told our attorney to wait a few months before pursuing a lawsuit so we could go after him for every customer we lose because of his report. If you read this report, and it gives you doubt, talk to me, I will likely give you an additional discount for purchasing from us and giving us a good review on our well-know great service and fantastic cart products.

Thank you for reading my rebuttal. I hope you will see this customer's report for what it is. Revenge for not allowing him to follow through with his fraud. I have proof of everything that transpired. And if you have talkd to me already, you know I always return calls, because the satisfaction of my customers are very important to me.
