who ripped off who?

Are you saying that they are taking money from you and that you never had a loan or agreed to pay them?  In that case it is probably some kind of error, they are pretty unlikley to "steal" in a way that leaves such clear and obvious evidence.  If it is an error you can probably sort it out.  Or is it the case that you borrowed money form them, agreed to pay them back but didn't, and now that they are trying to get their money you don't want to pay and think you are the victim.  If that is the case you are the one trying to rip them off!  It is not your right to go around ripping people off by borrowing money and not repaying it.
