We were not aware that this website would cut out all of the contact information such as phone numbers, addresses and email addresses.

However, if one carries out a simple Google search for the Avix Business Centre, Birmingham, you will be given our centre's contact details.

Also, just to correct a mistake, we stated in our rebuttal above that Cathy Bradshaw was our Centre Manager. Cathy was actually our previous Centre Manager, the current Centre Manager for the Avix Business Centre is actually Leigh Pemberton.

Due to the non-descript nature of this complaint, it is difficult to counter as nothing specific was detailed. Simply denouncing a company as a "scam" without any concrete explanation, we find highly dubious.  Neither we are not aware of any Peter UK who is investor in Avix Business Centre. We find that this report is a malicious intent by someone who has decided to keep them anonymous and cause disrepute to the business, which is being taken very seriously, as we are seeking legal advice and strive for a legal action against the individual responsible for it under the Defamation Act.

By virtue of our registered status, we are subject to rigorous and meticulous regulations and practices which no law-abiding company can avoid. Neither have any lawsuits ever been filed against us, nor are any legal proceedings pending. Given the fact that the UK has arguably the most transparent and strict business regulatory system in the world, it is inconceivable that we could retain our registered status and remain, as was claimed, a "scam" enterprise. Furthermore, given that our website (www.fastitem.com) includes a complaints section and no record exists of any complaints about our project, I can only assume that this complaint is spurious and entirely without foundation. Any evidence to the contrary would be welcomed and investigated by myself.

I would also like to add that the scammer with malicious intent didn’t even know where Avix Business Centre is located. They mentioned it in Nottingham, although Avix Business Cenre is located in Birmingham. Neither they showed any courage to disclose their identity. We find it very bizarre and pathetic course of action.
