Be aware that the electronic contract you will be asked to sign, does NOT include the small print, and there is lots of small print.

First when the men arrived to pack the truck we were charged an additional $1950 for packing supplies.  I asked for an itemized invoice to show what these charges were for and I never got it.  They used lots of bubble wrap and tons of tape.  Several boxes which had already been packed by another moving company were openned and repacked.

I paid an additional fee ($1000) for a guaranteed delivery date.  I asked on multiple occassions what happened if they didn't make the delivery on that date.  I never really got an answer other than "it won't happen, it never happens".

Well believe it or not they didn't make the delivery date and after multiple phone calls I found out they were going to generously give me $100.  According to the small print that you don't get until after the move is in process says they only owe me $30 a day if they don't make that date.  I never would have paid fo that service if I had known this.

Once the moving van showed up, many of our items were covered in a red mystery liquid.  When I called to tell the dispatcher, she didn't really care, she said you'll need to file a claim.

When we finally unpacked everything, we realized we were missing 2 boxes.  Somehow they managed to misplace our box with all of the electronic gaming equipment.

I've spent hours on the phone with this company and no one will give you a direct answer to any question.

I was ripped off also

The exactly same thing happened to me and I am not surprised to see that I was not the only one. They added close to $2,000 for the packaging that I did not request. They were about three weeks late on the delivery and stole about four boxes of my most expensive possessions. Their office said the exact the same thing to file a claim. They actually made more profit stealing your boxes than having to pay your claim.
