Rogers, AR Location - They falsely advertise these auctions.  We purchased a rabbit hutch that said it was open box. We assumed this meant just something could be missing from the box NOT that it was missing 2 out of 3 boxes. When they list items with multiple boxes, it is noted in the auction, usually.  When we complained they used the excuse that it said open box. We said, yes, for that one box and they said it doesn't have to say multiple boxes.  

We purchased a misting fan that said appeared new, but it too was missing the second box.  They still refused to help.  We purchased a towing package for a mobile home and it too said open box, but it was missing an entire second box.  Incompetent people and no customer service.  Extremely dishonest and have admitted to having shill bidders drive the auction costs up.
