Fastcardtec Defective Electronics, Dishonest Policies, Internet

Purchased a 7" Android Pad (iPad Clone) and paid $30.00 shipping which took about 1 month to arrive.  Arrived defective with broken "list" button and would not charge or operate on battery.  Fastcardtec agreed to refund purchase price and shipping which amounted to $35 return shipping.  Upon receiving item in return Fastcardtec claimed unit charged perfectly and button was broken by my improper use (even though it arrived with button broken).  They also claimed that I had used it for a period of time even though it was returned within 3 days of communicating with Fastcardtec.  They refunded the price of the unit only and I had to absorb the $65 in total shipping charges both ways.  This firm is dishonest and they sell defective junk!  DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
