I took my car in to a used tire shop to have 2 used tires put on it, and when removing the lug nuts, 3 of the lug bolts that the lug nuts go on, broke off.  They told me that they could not repair them, but sent me to a place nearby with only two lug nuts holding my one tire on.  I couldn't find the place they suggested, so I went to a place near there called "Fastlane Auto and Fleet Service."  They had no customers at that time, and said they would order my lug posts and have it done soon.

As I waited, they brought me my brakes and rotors that I knew were bad and had already bought the parts for and told me they would replace my brakes for $125.00.  I told them, "No thanks I have a friend who is going to do the brakes for me."  They asked me again 2 more times, saying, "You gonna have someone else fix your brakes?"  I replied, "yes".  Then when they were putting the brakes back on the car, I saw the head guy using the air hammer to put the bolts on, and he and the other guy were laughing a lot.  Then the other guy smacked the head guy on the back and went away laughing.  I wondered what that was all about, and I later found out.

That night when my friend came to do the brakes he found out that they had torqued the caliper bolts down so hard that he couldn't budge them.  He finally gave up for the night, but came back in the morning having borrowed a compression wrench from a friend, which he was pretty sure would remove the bolts.  It still couldn't budge them!

Now I have to go buy an air hammer to try to remove them!  This was an intentional act of vengant sabotage since I wouldn't let them do my brake job.  I needed my car very badly and live on a very limited income, so the need to purchase this air hammer is leaving me unable to pay my bills.  I can't drive the car at all, the brakes are so bad, and I don't have people I can call on for help and rides!  I am so very angry!

I paid them $65.00 to replace 3 lug poles and that just wasn't enough for these money grubbing creeps!  Don't ever go there!  Who knows what they might do to your car for money!  They are evil hearted to the core!
