Father & Son Moving And Storage Rediculous UNPROFESSIONAL experience- sent computer nerds to move furniture 2 1/2 hours late and NOW dodging calls Jacksonville Florida

I have moved many times and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. This move was a nightmare from day one.

First, the appointment time was wrong and I had to call 3 times to get it corrected. Then on the day of the move the movers never showed up- I called after they were about 45 minutes late and they said they had truck problems- but never bothered to call me! Then after telling me they should be there soon they still didn't show until 2 and a half hours later!

Then the guys that showed up were guys off of the street who obviously never moved and wined the whole time that things were too heavy, while banging up my furniture and walls. 3 guys came one guy stayed in the truck because he didn't feel well. The guys who came fought about how to do things and one guy fired the other guy right in front of me. UNPROFESSIONAL!

The move took about 2 hours more than it should have. The worst and most unprofessional part was that the owner or manager dodge my calls, the people answering won't give their names, obviously they get a lot of angry customers. DON'T DO IT!
