I sent Brian Azouz an email this morning, asking if he would refund my $1183, then I sent him a second one, in which case it came back as "rejected by recipient" so he blocked me. So, apparently he doesn't want to refund any money...which goes back to what was promised me...to me that shows fraud still, and I am filing fraud charge on him and his company with my local police, the California AG's office, and disputting my credit crads for fraud on my cards.
One of the "case_managers" stated in another post that they do not get anything off the web...well, I was told by my case manager that they do...they go to the county courts' (the one that the member's case is in) self help web pages and downloads the forms...so this is more evidence they are frauds.
I have a few emails address for folks in (or associated with) Father's Choice

1. We encourage you to contact us directly at customerservice@fatherschoice.org so we can bring a speedy resolution to your issue. All issues related to customer service will be resolved through contact at the customerservice@fatherschoice.org email or through calling 800.964.1664. You may also contact your case manager directly with concerns and questions. These are the proper channels to address the refund issue you have mentioned.
2. Our research department calls the courts in a specific county to get the forms needed for a case. How would it be evidence of fraud that we provide this service to our members?
3. We encourage members to contact us via email. Most of the emails listed here by Ripped off pop will connect you with people who can help with any issue related to your case. They can also refer you to people in the company who may be able to better assist you.
Contrary to this person's report, we have worked with our members to help them resolve over 5000 custody, visitation and child support cases. It is true that we are growing due to our members' phenomenal success rate and satisfied customers are passing on our name to others. Our staff is constantly evolving as a result of this growth.
