Faulkner Toyota Rip-off! Rude and insulting. Trevose, Pennsylvania

I was looking to buy a new car and had only been to one dealer when we were driving by Faulkner Toyota to see what they had and what their prices were. They employ high pressure sales. (You have to give me an answer now or the price is not good).

They did give me a price but they did not have the color car on the lot and it would take about 4 days to come in. The price was $50.00 more than the first price I received. The price then started dropping but they wanted an answer right then. I do not like high pressure sales. My husband and I left. The next three days I had phone messages from them dropping the price $500.00 each day. We had no idea what accessories that the car they were talking about had since we never got that far at the dealer.

I purchased the car from the first dealer on Friday. On Monday the Salesman called, Blaise Kadlec, and asked if I bought a car and I told him that I did and he slamed the phone down. On Wednesday I received a call from the sales manager. He wanted to know if I purchased a car yet I told him that I had and the conversation deteroriated. He called me a user for wasting their time-according to him I had no intention of buying a car from them. Then the conversation went down hill. I told him that I had no idea what car he was talking about since we never discussed accessories. That is when he started calling me liar since I saw the car. I never left the showroom and I never saw any of their car. The conversation went on for about 10 minutes and never got better. I would be afraid to ever buy anything from this dealership if this is they way they treat their customers.
