FC Lighting Complete disregard for customer National sales manger and customer service refuses to back up there product they sent broken and manufactured in corectly led step lights .The customer srevice has bull saint charles , Illinois

This co sent broken and manufactured incorectly lighting for steps in our town square .The customer service person Lynn Celia was avoiding and completely abusive and non helpful with a great arrogance and full of her self .The national sales manger Scott Bukas was completely arrogant about how he could care less about my problem and that the only satisfaction I would have was on the phone and he said too bad and hung up . The quality of there product is garbage over priced and low quality they also don not guarantee there product or stand behind it .Avoid this co and anything they manufacture at all costs

I just saw this on the internet.We[FCLIGHTING] have been in business for over 28 years and sell lighting all over the world,not sure who this person is.We deal with reps and distributors,we dont deal with elecetrical contractors direct or people direct we our a manufactory. We have 1 year warranty on all our products.I dont recall talking to this man,and I would never hang up on someone who has bought something from us like this person had said.It a shame that people write made up stories and just but it on the internet.If you have any questions or promblems you call me direct.Scott Bukas 630-889-8100-ext217
