Buenas noches Paola. Esta es la segunda vez que le escribo sobre el asunto de
la devolucin de mi dinero. La ltima vez que llam a su oficina fue el pasado
viernes 30 de julio. Llam porque Vanessa me dej saber que el cheque sera
depositado a mi cuenta el viernes durante la maana y prometi llamarme por la
tarde para darme el nmero de confirmacin. Sin embargo no me llam, y en vista
de eso decid llamarla. Me dej saber que hasta ese momento no tena
confirmacin de que el dinero fuera depositado en mi cuenta y que la persona a
cargo del depsito estaba en la Mezquita por lo cual no poda llamarla para
confirmar si haba hecho el depsito. EL DEPOSITO NO APARECE EN MI CUENTA DE
CHEQUES. Espero que este asunto se resuelva lo antes posible. Gracias.

Buenas noches Paola. Un tiempo despus de dejarle saber tanto a Ryan como a
usted que no continuara con el proceso para el refinanciamiento de mi casa pas
por su oficina para recoger el cheque por la cantidad que haba depositado a
nombre de su Compaa. Estaban en la oficina tanto Vanessa como Ana Mara, y
una vez Vanessa se comunic con usted, usted le dej saber que la persona que
prepara y firma los cheques estaba fuera por concepto de vacaciones y que
regresara en Julio 19.
Mas adelante volv a su oficina y me reun con Ana Mara. Ella anot el nmero
de mi cuenta de cheques y me dej saber que ustedes podan depositar el cheque
en mi cuenta con el Banco Wachovia. No he notado que el cheque haya sido
depositado.
La semana pasada llam a su oficina y usted me atendi y me dej saber que el
cheque sera preparado y que me llamara para que pasara a recogerlo. Hasta el
momento no he recibido ninguna llamada de su oficina.
Yo fui diligente al depositar el cheque a nombre de su Empresa, y espero la
misma diligencia de parte de ustedes. En vista de esto, planifico pasar por su
oficina a recoger el cheque el prximo martes, 27 de julio. Por favor, si usted
no planifica estar en la oficina, apreciar mucho que lo deje en la Recepcin.
El martes sera la tercera vez que paso por su oficina a recoger mi dinero, y
espero no tener que regresar en una cuarta ocasin.
Muchas gracias por la atencin que pueda brindarle a este importante asunto.

the return of my money. The last time I called his office was the last

deposited into my account on Friday during the morning and promised to call for
late to give me the confirmation number. But I called, and in view

by your office to collect the check for the amount he had deposited

prepares and signs the checks was out for holiday and
return in July 1919.
Later I went back to his office and met with Ana Maria. She noted the number
of my checking account and let me know that you could deposit the check
in my account with Wachovia Bank. I have not noticed that the check has been
deposited.
Last week I called his office and you looked after me and let me know that
check would be prepared and would call me to pick you up. So
I have not yet received any calls from his office.
I was diligent to deposit the check on behalf of your company, and I hope the
same diligence on your part. In view of this, I plan to go through your
office to pick up the check on Tuesday, July 27. Please, if you
not plan to be in the office, leave a lot to appreciate in the reception.
Tuesday would be the third time I pass by his office to collect my money, and
I hope not to have to return in a fourth time.
