These Spiegal card were cancelled by Spiegal a year ago due to the horrible service from FCNB to their customers. They told me this on the phone. FCNB will not send any statements. I have mailed them requests. They called me at work and called me a liar. I wound up paying over $150.00 in late fees just to make this problem go away. The State of New York needs to nail these people.
