I continually get calls from a Pakistani accented guy who goes by David Jones, sometimes Nevan Jones and sometimes Brandon Brown. He claims he is from the Federal Bureau of Legislation San Francisco and that he will be filing a subpoena for my arrest if I don't pay an unpaid loan.

They repeat my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, my FULL BANK ACCOUNT number, my mother MAIDEN NAME, my parents and families addresses, etc. They call my employers, family, friends etc. scaring them by saying they are going to arrest me. They are a SCAM!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but since they are not an accredited business, they can't do anything.

I reported my identify theft to the Federal Trade Commission (reference my complaint #31829711 as well) 877-438-4338.

I reported them to the three main credit bureaus

One of the numbers they call from is 760-278-1372. I googled that phone number and found they are located in Blythe, CA. I notifed the Blythe, CA police (Detective Cornwell @ 760-922-6111). They also have called me from 877-273-3560 and 573-340-5662. The phone provider these phone numbers belong to is Magic Jack which is a flash drive you can insert in any laptop and there is no way of tracing where they are. They could be calling you from another country...no way to tell.

I am reporting them to my local police department and the two police departments will work together to try to catch them.

If you are a victim of this fraud, please contact:

1. Notify the Blythe CA Police department (detective Cornwell) at 760-922-6111 AND your local police department

2. Notify all 3 credit bureaus EXPERIAN https://www.experian.com/fraud/center.html EQUIFAX https://www.alerts.equifax.com/AutoFraud_Online/jsp/fraudAlert.jsp TRANSUNION 1-800-680-7289

4. Notify your bank and any other bank or credit card providers

Take action and file complaints with all authorities so we can catch these guys!

Well, you've gotta give 'em credit for coming up with new scam names, such as Federal bureau of BS. Next time they call call them rat eating Ayrab scumbags. They aren't Arabs, but it'll just whizz 'em off. Rat eaters are in India, but it can't hurt to call them that. Have fun with them.
