Sally Federal Government Grant Department unknown Nationwide

I recieve a phone call form Phoenix, AZ on 3/31/2017 at 10:45  the gentlmen on the phone had a very strong accent of which I could not unerstand. I told him I was sorry but I could not understand a work and I hung up. He called back and he said he had someone I culd understand better. Both men gave me there names, but I did not write them down right away so did not remember them. I was told he was from the Federal Government Grant Department and that I was choices for a grant of 9,700 dollars. All I needed to do was go to Walmart Western Union and pay 250.00 dollars and then I would recieve cash for 9,700 and would be reembursed the 250.00. The 2050.00 was to hold my grant. I only have to give Westen Union a code RG110 which they gave me over the phone and show My ID to prove that the code matches my ID. They asked what time I could do this and since I was at work I said  5pm. Then I did my investication as I had already knew this was a scam.

I looked into this on the intrenet and confirmed my thoughts. So I called back just to hear the instructions one more time.

I gave them my cell number as they already had it from who knows where. Sally who ansered the phone was able to pull up information and said is this (my Name) and I confirmed as they already knew this. Sally gave the same instructions and gave me the number to call her back at 5pm (202) 754-9935.
