I orginally spoke with a gentleman name sabastian to make my reservation and pay my deposit of $350 over a month ago. I spoke with sabastian to add inventor remove inventory all the way up until the week of my move.. I was supposidly allset up to move August 7th...which was a friday..i called and spoke with a guy name chris who was a very nice guy promised me the truck would be there and said he would clal me right back within 5 min to let me know exactly what time pick up would be.. i never heard from him again.... I called the number That i had been calling to speak with sabastian and the number was disconnected. I called for days and days no one would call me back including this chris guy.. I called again august 6th 2009 the day before my move and spoke with a guy named tim tim acted as if he didnt even no i was moving. then he proceeded to tell me that the truck was full and they would have to move me the following week.. this WAS THE DAY B 4 MY MOVE...my house was all packed up and ready to go...after calling and calling and calling... i finally end up renting a uhaul nd having family help me move as i had to get ut that house... They didnt have me in the system but they sure did take my deposit... and i NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD from this company.. LUCKILY my bank was able to go into there account and take my 350 back as i told them i was scammed... federal moving systems is a huge scam and they played with me up until the day before i had to leave michigan.. and on top of that never called me again and never returned my call...and i had made reservations a month prior...the rep i was working with magically disappeard and no one else helped me ...please please dont truct this compnay this just happen to me last week..they ruined my move and made things very stressful for me and besides that they stole my deposit and gave me no service.

WE APOLOGIZED 100 TIMES, AND OFFERED A FREE MOVE. WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO? NOTHING! IM SURE BY NOW YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOUR 350.00 DEPOSIT BACK. WE ARE NOT A SCAM COMPANY. A SCAM COMPANY WOULDNT GIVE YOU ANY OF YOUR MONEY BACK.

We have been trying to contact this customer for days to try and resolve her situation. Because we couldnt service this customers order and her feeling this way, the owner of the company would like to give this customer a FREE MOVE. Please return my phone calls so we can prove to you and other customers that we are a great company!

Chris.. This is not a miscommunication and you know it.. I personally spoke with you and you promised me 3 times you would call me back and confirm the time that the truck was going to come...YOU NEVER CALLED ME BACK.. NOT ONE TIME..your truck never came...YOU DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK per my bank 8/17/2009 so that is a lie... i left you over 11 msgs..I had my legal representation leave you a message and you never call either of us back, and its not until now that i file a rip off report that you would even address this whole situation...You avoided me and would never address this issue...Your company ruined my move.. the day before i was suppose to move i was running around trying to begg family to help me load up a uhaul truck and move me to virginia when in June i reserved this.. Federal moving systems is a joke.. and this in noways was a miscommunication AT ALL !!!! i want my money back..you guys did NOT MOVE ME AS AGREED!

On behalf of Federal Moving Systems we want to apologize for any inconvenience. Sebastain is an outside 1099 employee who pays for his own advertising and his phone lines. Sebastian was terminated from our company on Aug 10 2009. Upon his termination he disconnected his phone lines. We have refunded the 350.00 back to this customers credit card. We are not in the business of taking deposits, we are a full service moving company that takes pride in servicing our orders professionally.
