On Thursday, 07/21/2022 from 10:45 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. an item of mines from FedEx was scheduled to be delivered I was at home most of the day on 07/21/2022; especially from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. I was sitting by my door on my coach. I had checked my tracking information about 1:00 P.M. It had listed the item as being delivered and left by my door.

I had called FedEx to complain about it because it was false. They had opened up an investigation for me and had given me a case #. This morning on Friday, 07/22/2022 FedEx had called me back. The customer service representative had asked me did I get my item. I had said no. She had said that the FedEx driver stated to have delivered to item to this address and someone had came to the door to get it.

I had told her that that is false. I live alone. I have no children or spouse. I was only at my house yesterday alone. She had said that she is about to to have the driver to retrace his steps from yesterday to find out where did my item actually go to. Later, the customer service representative had called me back and said that the FedEx driver is coming back by here today to give me a 2nd package.

I have been home all day today too. The FedEx driver came by. I had showed him where I live and where my apartment is at. He had showed me where left the item. He had asked me do I have meddling neighbors. I had told him no. I had told him that packages from FedEx get left by my door all the time and UPS have delivered items to me.

No one has ever stolen any of my packages before. He had told me that he leaves packages there by my door all the time. He had claimed that when he leaves packages at house in that neighborhood by me that children have stolen the items. He had told me to report the item as stolen. I had called back to FedEx to complain the contradictory information to FedEx that I was given.

I had also told her how it is not right for FedEx drivers to just leave people's item by door unsecured without even knocking. I had told her how one time when I was walking that I had seen a FedEx driver get out of his van and left a package by a person's door at their house without him knocking. I had told her that they should knock on people's doors and make items be signed to be picked up.

She had sent my call to the Claims department. I had given all of this information to the lady. The lady had told me that that is all the information that she has on this case at this time and will be calling me back. UPS and USPS do not just leave people's items unsecured left outside. UPS will delivery items to your house on 3 tries. Now, the UPS driver will bring your item/s to your house to get delivered.

If you are not at home, they care it to this store in my city (that you can ship off items or pick up items). That would be a more secure thing for FedEx to do is to bring it people's homes, knock on the door, and request for the items to get signed to get picked up.

If the person is not at home, they could carry it by the local post office to let them deliver it (there has been times when FedEx and UPS have done this) where the item has to be signed to be picked up. That is the reason why Amazon no longer uses FedEx.

Complaint Against FedEx For Recklessness Customer Service And Failing To Take Proper Action Against 3 FedEx Couriers Involving Stolen Merchandise And Fraud

After the first delivered incident that occurred on 4-6-2023, FedEx two other couriers on the 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 comes back and makes the same mistake again and delivered my packages to the wrong apartment again on the same street I live and this time I was waiting outside and walk down to the other end where the courier was park at and waited until he came back from delivering a package to the other apartments on the end and when he came back, I asked him if I had a package in my name, because I were supposed to have a package coming today in my name and after he confirm I was the person he just delivered my package too he went back to the same apartment to get my package and gave it to me, and the package were already sign by the people he delivered it too and were almost stolen and I contact FedEx the same day on the 4-8-2023 and filed a complaint for the same incident occurred again, because I did not think this same incident would happen again the second time and it was a different FedEx courier came on the 4-10- 2023, he did the same thing and delivered my package to the wrong apartments on the same street I live and this time I record it, because the same problem occurred again the third time. The 4-10-2023 showing in the video FedEx courier parks at the other end the same location, just like the other two couriers did and did not come to my apartment door where this black car is park in the video and I'm two doors down on the right side but in the video is on the left side and I live in a two-story apartment building and during recording the camera picks up noise in the background when I and FedEx courier was talking standing on the sidewalk not showing in the camera. And on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 both of FedEx couriers creates a false tracking report and in one of the tracking reports on the 4-10-2023 using my full address and apartment number to make it look like they delivered my packages to my apartment, but they didn't and was an attempt stealing both packages and both FedEx couriers created a false tracking reporting saying I sign for the packages on 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and how did I sign for the packages myself, if FedEx couriers did not know which apartment number I live in. And after FedEx couriers created a false tracking report, the wrong apartment they delivered my package too, can get away lying and say, they did not sign anything, and this case needs further investigation and action taken against FedEx couriers and FedEx.com for recklessness customer service and failing to take proper action against 3 FedEx couriers involving stolen merchandise and fraud because this incident happen the third time and what business would someone be doing signing another person package would be breaking the law. And FedEx couriers should have been honest and admitted they made a mistake delivering my packages to the wrong apartment and each time they were attempting to keep both packages and signed my name on the packages themselves after the first two packages were already stolen on the 4-6-2023 and FedEx couriers fail to report this and created a false tracking report saying I sign for the packages myself on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023 and I do not live in the other apartments on the left end and how did I sign for both packages on the 4-6-2023 and 4-10-2023, if FedEx couriers did not come to the right address and were supposed to report it as a stolen package made on 4- 6-2023 and FedEx customer service did not handle the situation like they were supposed to, and all three FedEx couriers should have been fire for being careless making the same mistake the third time taking my package back to the same location for it to be stolen again and if FedEx customer service took the proper action when this was reported the first time and this same incident could have been avoided if FedEx customer service care about what is important to the customer needs and on the 4-6-2023 a claim was file for stolen merchandise and FedEx deny both claims and another complaint have been file against FedEx couriers on the 4- 8-2023. This will prove, FedEx courier was lying and if he came straight to my home address on the 4-10-2023 and the time the camera was recording, why did it take FedEx courier almost five minutes to deliver my package to me, if he came straight to my apartment on the 4-10-2023 and I was the only person had a package in my name to be deliver to me on the 4-10-2023 on the same street I live, and FedEx courier arrived at 2:35 pm and the camera stop recording at 2:39 and forty seconds pm and FedEx courier were still here after five minutes, going on almost eleven minutes and the time it took FedEx courier when he first arrived, he had to go back and get my package from the wrong apartment and gave the package back to me and I and FedEx courier were standing on the sidewalk talking about my home address and I had no idea the package were sign for when he gave the package to me, and FedEx courier did not inform me my package was sign by the people he delivered my package to on the 4-10-2023, until I found out in the tracking report and FedEx couriers knew I did not sign for these packages myself on the 4-6- 2023 and 4-10-2023 and they were attempting to steal each of these packages delivered on 4-6-2023 and 4-8-2023 and 4-10-2023 and FedEx couriers created a false tracking report, after when they deliver my package to the wrong address, they can get away with lying and say they did not sign are stolen this package. To protect the person identity some report details was removed are being block.
