Mercari I make a sales with them and they wont pay me stating thst fedex demanded for additional fees for shipping and they used my $351 sale money to pay fedex. Neither fede. Nor mercari told me about the additional fees. I am said becuase i am struggling mummy trying to raise money from the sales to buy diapers and food for my kids.

I am writing and seeking for help. Please help a struggling mummy recover her money from Mercari. 

I make a sales of zoe stroller on Mercari on 15th Feb. For $450 , I got a buyer who is willing to buy for $405 plus $40 shipping on the 16th Feb. Mercari send me a fedex shipping label and I took the item to fedex store on 19th Feb to be shipped. The lady at the counter just collected the item and do the shipping processing then handed me the receipt. She. Ever mentioned to me I would be paying an additional fees. 

Yesterday I was alerted that the item has been delivered. Only for mercari to ask me to rate the buyer so I can get my money. I just. Click on "communication since that was the only option I had during the selling period.

Mercari credited my a count with $0.00 stating that fedex charged additional fees and I won't be getting money from my sales.

I told the mercari customer service representative neither mercari nor fedex told me i would be paying an additional fee. I would not have continue with the shipping. I would have look for a local buyer with my reach instead. This below was what was send to me. 

"Had Mercari not made the adjustment, the buyer would have been required to pay the additional fee in order to receive the shipment. At this time they also would have the option to not to pay the fee, which would mean the package is “Returned to Sender”.

Mercari has stopped communication with me as per this issue.

I am a struggling mummy trying hard to meet ends meet. I had to sell the stroller so I can buy diapers and some food stuff for my kids. The only source of income for is Instacrt and I take my kids to do instacart job each time I manage to pick a batch. Sometime I had to go to the ngo organization to get diapers and may times, they would not have my babies size or give us little they had.

Please I need help to get my money from mercari.
