I purchased Night Stalker 2 movie DVD on October 19th, received October 28th expected delivery date. It came and went, they advised to "just wait for it - 40 days later still no delivery, I requested refund and their follow up messages are Rude, and I have to wait for it... lousy customer service, no guarantee honored..
