To People who are seeking legal advocacy;

    I After being on Chemotherapy for 2 1/2 years and suffering a right frontal stroke, I was unable to make proper decisions for myself. I was told by my family attorney (M. C. of Saugus Ma.) that his closest and dearest attorney friend Christopher J Fein and his father Charles F Fein, of Fein Law Office were the perfect people I needed to resolve my tax problem. I was recommended to Christopher Fein of Fein Law Offices in Braintree Ma.

    Fein Law misled and literally conned me of my money. They overcharged me by 300% of any reasonable fee for their labors and ended up making my situation devastatingly worse. They were not set up, equipped, or educated or even competent enough to handle my case, yet, they were so eager to get my money that they took my case anyways, with their full knowledge that they didn’t possess, own or have access to any computers or software to do the work

  What was a 3 day job for any mundane accounting firm or accountant, turned into a 3 week fiasco.

   Their archaic expert didn't know how to use a computer and for the most part was a complete incompetent.  Christopher Fein seemed to have hired his Father Charlie Fein to do the groundwork on my case because he once worked for the IRS before computers existed, I can understand someone trying to make their father feel useful, and there’s nothing really bad about that, but I hired Chris to personally handle my case and gave him my check in his hand and he personally assured me that he would be on it right away. He never once invested any of his personal labors on my taxes, nor in any correspondences or anything. Their office tried to charge me $34,000 because it took Charlie Fein three weeks to do, what should have been done in two or three days, "with a little software and a computer."

    I suppose that it takes time when you have to get your taxes done in a Flintstones fashion.

   I can't believe that I prepaid this firm $20,000 to bet rid of a $20,000 tax problem, only to end up with a $25,000 tax debt and an additional bill from them for over $13,400.  When I confronted Fein Law about this, they would not discuss the issue with me unless I gave them more money.

   It is important that you understand the true nature of Christopher and Charles Fein, Don't believe for a moment that you are more important to them, "than your money." You are not!! 

I took their work to 3 or 4 other experts, they laughed and said it was 2 days work, maximum, and any accountant or bookkeeper would have charged between $2500 and $4500 to do it. That is the cruel reality behind this entire ordeal.  I now realized that I had been mercilessly and ruthlessly RIPPED OFF!!

      Chris Fein charged me $300 an hour because that is what a friend who is a ""real"" expert tax attorney, up the street charges, and Christopher Fein paid no mind to the fact that he possessed no such expertise!! Nor did he at the time possess any tax software or anyone in his office that would have known how to even use it.

     The work they presented to me looked like a junior high school project, scratched by hand in ink.  I was furious with their complete incompetence, I tried calling and speaking with them, but Chris Fein was nowhere to be found and refused to discuss the matter. Even my lawyer, who is also Chris’s best friend, ( M.C of Saugus MA.) told me that  Chris had told him that he didn’t really know what he was doing or how to charge for the case, so I published my experience with them on the Rip Off Report.

     Instead of presenting a valid argument in his rebuttal, Christopher Fein made the choice to exercise and reveal his true nature and character. He lied, threatened, perjured himself and published blatant lies about me on the internet, with no regard towards his client’s confidentiality or his oath He then got his Friend MC of Saugus MA, my own lawyer, to turn against me in his effort to cover his tracks to save himself from embarrassment.

  Now, incompetent tax attorney as well as my family lawyer was teaming up against me with no regard or concern for attorney client breach or the conflict of interest that they were subjecting me to. They were each scheming together to manipulate ways of making themselves look unblemished. M.C and Chris Fein were now conspiring against me.  You have no idea of the Chaos and torment they brought forth into my life as they threw their client to the wolves with no regard for anyone except themselves.

   I had been in a car accident and suffered a severe disk hernia in my neck as a result of being slammed by a lunatic. MC of Saugus exposed my case to Chris Fein who then subsequently contacted their insurance company to tell them about the “real me.” The opposing insurance discovered his slanderous remarks and degrading, let alone humiliating remarks that Chris Fein had fraudulently published on his client in his effort to try to save his own a**.

  These lies were brought forth before the judge in the courtroom and Fein was even ready to perjure himself in his new effort to try to keep his lies from being uncovered as false and manifested out of pure malice.

    Christopher Fein believed that if he could make his client look like a dirty little criminal, that this would make him appear to look more innocent, in the public's eye, so that he "Christopher J Fein," might be seen as "the victim."

     Christopher Fein's philosophy was "by making me look dirty, he would look clean,"
 
    Christopher J Fein, will slander you, lie, cheat, steal, perjure and defraud himself to make himself look clean. It is how he is, and this is what he does.  That is what he remembers from Law School.  He is the ultimate "Used Car Salesman" of lawyers. Christopher and Charles Fein are devoid of keeping their word, and devoid of any good moral character.  Beware!! For the truly are the wolves in sheep's clothing!!

   Christopher and Charles Fein lawyer called me a thief, a liar, a drug addict, and extortionist, a fraud, a heroin addict, a cocaine addict and many other things in their rebuttals. .  I currently have charges for civil damages pending against Fein Law Offices.

    This is how Fein Law offices handle their complaints.  The amazing part of all, was that he had absolutely no evidence or proof for any of his accusations. In fact, I do not nor am I any of those things that Christopher called me. I don't even have a criminal or police record. No DWI's no drugs, felonies nothing.  So Christopher Fein is very simply, "A LIAR."  He just wanted me to look dirty, so that he could appear to be better than me. 

    Anyway, this all took place back around 2009.    I ended up taking this issue up with the MA. BBO (Bar Association), where in all of his arguments, it was pretty much the same old thing.  The guy thinks that when he screws up, that he should lie about it and slander the complainer because that is apparently all that he remembers from Law School.
 
   The Ma. BBO found Christopher J Fein in violation of attorney client privilege and Christopher Fein received an Admonition from the MA. BBO.  If he does this to anyone else, his license will be revoked or suspended.  Below, is the Judgment from the MA. Supreme Court.  I do not lie, but then, I'm not Christopher and Charles Fein or am I Attorney M.C. of Saugus MA. either.

    The Board of Bar Overseers has determined that the conduct of Attorney Christopher Joseph Fein in the above-entitled matter constituted professional misconduct in violation of Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:07, 1.6(a). Copies of these rules are enclosed for your information':

In accordance with the Board's decision, Attorney Fein received an Admonition effective September 30,2009. This matter is therefore now concluded.

You are further informed that Bar Counsel and the Beard are required to keep this matter confidential in accordance with Section 20 of Rule 4:01 of the Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Even though the Ma. BBO has decided to protect their lawyer by hiding this document from public eyes; it diminishes little from the fact that it is real.

    Its findings dictate beyond any reasonable doubt, that Christopher Fein's behavior was unprofessional, illegal, deplorable and unconscionable. Yet, Christopher and Charles Fein have bared no remorse nor have they made any attempts to offer me any reasonable compensation and in fact they have refused to even speak to me of this matter.  They have remained arrogant, obstinate and in denial of their wrong doings, regardless, of the overwhelming evidences of their ludicrous charges and inept workmanship.  The extremes they went through to justify their acts displayed their true selfish, reckless, and self serving nature. They were nasty, malicious and threatening. 

  Having just suffered a life changing stroke, I trusted and relied on this man to make decisions for me that I could not make for myself at that time. This lawyer was far more concerned about himself than the welfare of his client. Christopher and Charles Fein swindled me, slandered me, and discredited me in their effort to cover their asses.  Then, they threatened me and refused to ever discuss any of their overall performance with me. He took my $20,000 that I had entrusted him with to help me as he had promised he would.

  Christopher Fein cannot be trusted with any kind of personal information; He will turn it on you and against you in a microsecond if he feels threatened. If you have a problem with him, he will slander you and publish your personal information on the internet and threaten to disclose your personal information to those who might wish to cause you harm. Christopher Fein is ruthless is this respect. He is a sociopathic and narcissistic self serving backstabber with a law degree and little more. He also likes to discuss his client’s personal affairs with his friends. This makes him a risk that you cannot afford to take.

  Everything I have told you in this letter is the truth, it is what I went through and had to live through for months on end.  I cannot, in good conscience, allow others to place themselves at great risk in dealing with these individuals (Fein Law Office of Braintree Ma.)

 It is my hope that people will take the time and effort to research the real history and ethical practices of their hired attorneys. They are supposed to be your advocate and most private of confidants. The very quality of your life can depend on this.

  I am very sorry, but Fein Law offices is not where you want to invest your hopes and trusts, regardless of their showy advertisements, and acts of eloquence, Fein Law Office is a mask, who's upper most priority is to exploit the downfalls of others at their maximum ability. Regardless what task that you employ this firm to negotiate for you, you and your information will be at risk.  This is a fact. I welcome you to research other R.O.R. reports against them and you will see for yourself, the deplorable nature of this treacherous individual.

  There are many modest and honorable as well as flexible and fair attorneys out there; Fein Law is not one of them.
