ed Car Dealer - Miami FLAddress: 1740 SW 1st St, Miami, FL 33135Phone:(305) 541-3386 SCAM DEALERSHIP. SELLS YOU A DEFECTIVE VEHICLE PROMISING REPAIRS AND THEN SAYS THIS IS AN "AS IS" PURCHASE. ALSO DOES FRAUDULENT FINANCING WHERE THE BANK DOES NOT FUND AND YOU HAVE TO RETURN VEHICLE. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT LIKE YOU WERE APPROVED AND WEEKS LATER MAKE YOU RETURN THE CAR. WHEN TEST DRIVING I PERSONALLY NOTICED THE AC WAS WEAK. THE SALESPERSON FRANCISCO PROMISED HE WOULD FIX IT AND KEPT POSTPONING THE APPOINMENT...STATING MECHANIC WAS NOT ONSITE THAT DAY. THE AC WENT FROM WEAK TO NOT WORKING AT ALL. I WENT A 5TH TIME AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT TAKE CARE OF IT. THE OWNER WHO IS THE (MANAGER) IS THE BIGGEST LIAR OF ALL. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP.

Any used car sold in Florida by a deal must contain the warranty disclosure which tells you it is either covered by a warranty or its "as is". Did you read it? Why are you surprised he said it was an "as is" deal? Oh yes, you didn't bother to read what you were signing. You then say you noticed an air conditioning problem during the test drive. Why did you buy the car if it had this problem?
