Ferguson & Snyder And Ferrey & Nicholas Ferguson & Snyder not taking customers? Ferrey & Nicholas is. What's the scam????? Greensburg Pennsylvania

I got two letters in the mail about a debt I have. One was from Ferrey & Nicholas and the other was from Ferguson & Snyder. I'm a little confused that they are in the same area code. I tried to call Ferguson & Snyder but got a voicemail so I called Ferrey & Nicholas.

A girl named Annie or Amy told me that for $125 that they could handle everything for me outside of court. I told them to send me the paperwork. Since Ferguson & Snyder had a website I decided to look at it and what they charge. I found out they are much cheaper so I called them again.

I spoke to Larissa and she said that she could not help me because they don't have an attorney. She said she spoke to a few attorneys and they told her it isn't legal. So I'm confused that Ferrey & Nicholas said they aren't an attorney office but they are willing to help me. Something seems shady. Do I believe the person that refused my money or the person that offered to help me? How can it be legal for one and not the other?

I am thankful for to her for being honest with me and giving me the information to call the attorney myself. I just wonder what the deal is with Ferrey & Nicholas since they agreed to help me.

Since I was confused I decided to do a little more research. I noticed that someone named Larissa posted something on Ferrey & Nicholas that she quit on the 12th. I checked the date on the letter I got and it was for the 13th.

I called her back again. She said that she had decided to leave Ferrey & Nicholas but refused to tell me why. She just said it was personal. I asked her if she couldn't help me then why could they. She just said she didn't know. She said she never actually had any clients that she just gave everyone that called her the number for the attorney that sued them. I didn't even bother to call Ferrey & Nicholas back again.

Something is wrong but I don't know what it is. I would caution everyone to just call the lawyer on your own that sued you. It's not worth all this hassle. I spent an hour online reading postings that look to be a personal vendetta against this Larissa MacDonald and another hour reading about this Charles Arrotti that is listed with Ferrey & Nicholas on here. It took me 5 minutes to make payment arrangements myself!
