Ferrandino & Son Inc Scam, Ripoff, Don't Trust Farmingdale New York

This company makes all of their money by holding payments from their sub contractors for reasons not discussed in a contract. They will find any excuse or any loophole to not pay. Their account managers are trained to look for ways out of paying the sub contractors. I don't know how these guys go to sleep at night knowing they are screwing hundreds of hard working Americans out of their hard earned money. I am not sure how the Federal Bureau of Investigation has not looked into shutting this company down. Do not work with this company, they will rob you blind. Ferrandino & Son Inc will relentlessly assault you with phone calls when they need service at one of their properties, but when it is time for payment they ignore everyone phone call and forward you in a loophole of corporate numbers. As you can see from the other reviews this company is a joke and should not be trusted to even clean your shoes.
