Ferrellgas Tim Sayers Run customers out of propane Overland Park Kansas

Tim Sayers is the regional Vice President for Ferrellgas. I am a employee of Ferrellgas in Johnstown, New York.  Tim Sayers knowingly or stupidly went into this heating season without enough drivers to get propane to our customers. He is well aware of the volume we do. Because of him people are running out of fuel. When customers call the customer service line they are on a permanent hold. As a result of his poor management customers pipes are freezing and in many cases they are forced to leave their homes. Most seriously, children and the elderly are suffering. His plan for this mess is to force drivers to work more hours. This is dangerous.  Now when we make a delivery people are screaming at us when they should be screaming at him. The suits up in corporate don't give a dam.  We went through the same bull 4 years ago. My last manager said Tim Sayers is the most arrogent VP at Ferrellgas. I've had enough of him and Ferrellgas. Old man Ferrell must be in a coma.
