I was a vendor involved in a festival in Phoenix, Arizona.  The festival utilized Festival Transaction Services for the processing of credit cards in the event.  The intent was for the whole event to go cardless.

Basically customers were told to go to loading stations where they would load up money on event cards and use those event cards at each vendor booth to buy things.  The vendors were given machines to run these cards.

The funds from the cards were supposed to be paid to the vendor within 2 days of the festival.  It has now been a week and Festival Transaction Services still owes us over $5,000!  

They will not honor the dollar amount that the terminals read.  We took screen shots of the terminals before handing the terminals in, so we have proof!

Steve Handley of FTS is a snake.  He dodges phone calls and makes excuses for his software.  He blames everyone but himself.  He should be ASHAMED!
