We rented a house for one weekend during the Coachella Music Festival and the company we rented the house from, FestivalLodging.com has still not returned the $500 deposit. I called the owner of the company, Raphael Aguirre, numerous times to ask about it and he promised me a check was being sent. Recently when I called and asked to speak to accounts payable he hung up on me! We left the property in great condition and one of the few times I actually spke to him he said the deposit would be returned. There has been no itemized statement listing reasons to withhold this amount or any attempt to contact us.
Do not rent from these people! It's a total scam and now we have to go to small claims court.
