FHA ALL DAY And The Hall Firm, we were contacted by a Sean Perez and we began process in a loan modification - we sent FEDex a check for $3000.00 we have paperwork stating if this did not go through we would get our money back - Boca Raton Florida

In February 2009, we were contacted by a Sean Perez who worked for FHA ALL day. After several days of speaking with him we decided to work with him on a Loan Modification for our mortgage. He said it would get our interest rates down and we wouldnt be upside down in our mortgage versus what our home was worth. We agreed to have him help us and a few days later (2/27/09) we received a package via Fedex and agreed to pay $3000.00 for lawyers and various other fees. We sent the money back via Fedex (a package to be sent back came with the forms we had to fill our) we sent them the money and they began working for us and said it would take 30-60 days. We were then contacted by the HALL FIRM which would handle all the third party contacts with our mortgage companies. I was contacted by a Julie M and she gave me her number and we spoke once a week so she can keep me updated on the process and what was going to happen next, etc.

I spoke with an Angel who called me the end of April and she needed on more paper from our second mortgage company and then we would all set and we would they would be negotiating with our two mortgage companies and that would only take a week or two. The first week in May I tried calling to see where we were at and that is when I discovered after calling everyday and getting a busy signal that they went our of business. (I looked on the Website and found out through other people's complaints)
