- Scott is also the tech.
- Scott also does sales.
- Scott is also very rude to customers, cuts people off, doesn't let them finish.
- Scott is a one man show. 
- Charges per installation, does not disclose that information when purchasing the product, argues with the customer that the information was provided...
- Software is made in india and provided by Fi-soft(Scott) 
- Software crashes and does not work as intended. 
- Support is provided by Scott...if he wants to
