Fidelis Auto Warranty - US Fidelis Amtrust, Mepco mislead and ripped me off Wentzville, Missouri

I purchased a warranty from USFidelis after seeing a commercial on TV. It seemed like a good idea since my vehicle was approaching 80,000 miles and the manufacturers warranty had expired. I made a large payment and then monthly payments after that. Several months into the plan, my 'check engine' light came on. I took my vehicle in for diagnosis and was told what was required to make the necessary repairs. I contacted USFidelis and then was referred to Amtrust, the fulfillment company. They said they had to send out an inspector as the repairs were over a certain dollar amount. After 5 days, the inspector finally made it to the shop. He grilled and wasted the technicians time for over two hours making him test and retest the components that he already diagnosed as needing replacement. He then proceeded to examine the entire vehicle INSIDE and OUT. After seeing that I carried some USPS postage boxes and a case of Prestone windsheild wiper fluid with me, he determined that I was using my van for "commercial purposes" which voids the warranty. What a load of s**t. Some jackass makes an observation of what I carry in my vehicle and decides on his own what I use this stuff for and how it's used. This is how they make up an excuse so the warranty can not be enforced. I wonder how much kickback this jerk gets for this service??? I had to pay for the repairs myself and now can't get a refund from USFidelis, Amtrust or MEPCO for a warranty that they will not honor. My repair shop told me that they had a customer with a motorhome that had the same problem with this company only a couple of weeks before me. They told me that guy was furious. This is the biggest scam that I have ever seen. I totally got screwed and can only hope that others find this message board and don't fall for this scam. I feel like such an a*s. I never thought I would get taken by a bunch of thieves like these. I only which I had done my due diligence before I committed to purchasing this worthless warranty. I will be reporting these companies to the New York State Attorney General's Office and can only hope that they can help me get my money refunded.
