Fieldwork Chicago-Schaumburg Stay far away Schaumburg Illinois

 This place is a joke. They are all smiles when they hire you for their call center and then do a total Jekyll and Hyde on you after you're hired for about a week. This is a market research company that has you call their clients that have signed up with them to participate in paid surveys. Well, the trainer says that this is a very easy part-time job when it's really not. Basically every day you go in, they assign you to a different "screener" with different questions and different quotas that you need to RE-familiarize yourself with each time. Bascially it's like starting a new job each day you work there. Now, you're told that you aren't hired based on how many people you book for the study, but you really are. If you don't book enough (which is entirely not your fault because maybe the customers you called weren't home or didn't qualify) the nasty rude supervisors yell out asking why no-one is getting booked like now all of a sudden you're in job contingent on "client books" when you were told in the hiring process to not worry about not booking people. Well then, why are the supervisors making it seem like it DOES matter? Lie #1. That's not all. Then the two supervisors are about 22-23 yrs. old and INCREDIBLY immature with attitudes and are belittling when you have a question. They expect the new employees to just know everything when they don't ever take the time to explain things because they're lazy, rude, childish and just generally evil people. They constantly hire people because people don't stay like I didn't stay to put up with their bs. I left in the middle of my shift because I was told to ask my co-worker the question that I was asking the fat 300lb supervisor, because I was told that I should've already known the answer. Btw, I didn't even stay two months there part-time, so I was still a new employee that's going to have questions. Anyways, I emailed the owner Karyn and she's the enabler in all of it with full knowledge of the kind of supervisors she has. Don't work here. It's just a waste of time since you're treated very poorly which is just added stress and aggravation that you don't need.
