Fiesta Americana Vacation Club The farce of the Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Mexico

We have owned this membership for over 10 years. We tried many times to book rooms but the good places are always booked up for years in advance. Since 2005 we have only been able to book a resort 1 time. The hard sale tactics used when we purchased the membership suggested we could go to all these wonderful places, but they are always full. We purchased an upgraded level with hopes to travel with friends and family but without a couple of years advance notice we cannot get into our chosen resorts. When there are multiple families who can plan years in advance? Be aware that the maintenace fees go up at their will and without explaination. We paid more than $16,000 initially and the maintenance fees are over $900 a year now...it was a little over $500 originally. That is alot of money for 1 stay at a resort! Now we are paying another $2100 penility to get rid of this Piece of S#!t...what a RIPOFF!
