This past summer I ordered a headstone for my father's grave. I received my first confirmation from them and returned it back to them. I paid in full as per their company policy. I even checked them out before using their company. I emailed them four or five times questioning why I didn't receive my final sketch of the headstone. No emails were returned. I then called them and the number was disconnected. Then I tried finding their website and it was gone. And so was my money.
This was obviously a very emotional and hard time for me and my family. For them to take my money (over $700), and disappear was horrible. I filed with the BBB and they couldn't help me. Luckily it was put on a credit card and I disputed the charge and my money was returned. The website was known as Finalplans.com. DO NOT go with this company if they return.
