Finance [Asia] Capital based in Hong Kong representd by Wang Jii Chyun CEO - Juan Ling Chang CFO and Kennyon Zhifeng Legal Dept offered via their website unsecured loans whereby an investor would pay for all initial expenses associated with the loan.

After an application form was completed they advised the loan was approved,

They required a bank accpount be opened in Hong Kong - China Citic Bank International to be precise whereby the loan funds would be deposited.

The amount of USD10,175 was required to open the account -

The money was sent after which no further communication was received nor any loan funds deposited,
