Financial Benefits, Richard Kennedy, Peter Noel personal unsecured loan Closter, Edmonton New Jersey, Canada

I applied online with www.weapproveeveryone.com for a $5,000.00 unsecured personal loan, a loan officer by the name of Richard Kennedy contacted me within 4hrs and requested that I pay $215.00 up front for a security deposit on the loan which would've been one monthly paymnet. He told me to western union the money to Peter Noel(would have had to show ID to recieve the money) in Edmonton Canada, then I would have the 5,000 directly deposited into my account.

When I asked why this had to be western unioned instead of an electronic withdraw form my checking account, he told me they could not withdraw any money from my account until I've recieved my loan. This did not make sense to me, but at the time I was desperate for a loan which I still cannot get and am now short another $250.00 after paying for the western union charge.

Richard Kennedy's phone number is 1-888-524-2294 but this is only a voice mail, and I cannot get him to return a call no matter how many messages I leave. He sent me loan documents via email but somehow I deleted the file after printing it off, so I no longer have the email address this was sent to me by. If there is any one that can help, leave me a message please.
