I came across their ad in a magazine i was reading in March 2004....needing a nes comp and not having the money to just pay out right for one i called them and started the procedure to get one on thir terms.... they told me that after 3 monthly on time payments which were taken from my direst deposit every 2 weeks they would approve me for a revolving credit plan and would ship out my new comp....i call the customer service reps and they never know anything.. and some of them are very rude... they never have any kind of difinte answer for me about when i will be recieving my new comp. it seems to me that they are just stalling for time , until they have taken all the payments for the comp and then decide to send you the comp....

Started bi monthly payments, from 11/06 to 7/07, (183.96/month) then billing stopped, and I did not get my computer, OR a refund! Did purchase and receive a desk top from same company in 2005 or so.
