#1 Consumer Suggestion
Virginia AG Sues FINANCING ALTERNATIVES, INC.
AUTHOR: Frank - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 17, 2007
A July 24, 2007 press release announced that the Virginia Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Financing Alternatives for allegedly violating the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.
For details, go to this site:
oag.state.va.us/PRESS_RELEASES/NewsArchive/072407_Financing.html.
That site also has information about how to file a complaint against Financing Alternatives.
The suit requests, among other things, that that all money acquired by Financing Alternatives from consumers in transactions that violated the Consumer Protection Act be returned to those consumers.
So file your complaint with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs. You just might get at least some of your money back.
Good luck!
