FindPart.com S&J Used Auto Parts fradulent internet ripoff Saratoga Springs New York

I have been trying to get my parts since they charged me 4 months ago. First they said my order was lost "in the mail". (It's traceable with tracking # which I never got)

After 6 weeks they reordered, I received the parts, they were to a different car (wrong parts). Now I had to drive 60 miles round trip to return their mistake. When I got there it was a back room or porch to a house with no signage. Then they reordered my parts (a different name on invoice) Still didn't get my parts. After several calls to S&J, because they don't return my calls they assured me they would straighten my order out. Again parts were reordered and promised on Monday. Finally on Thursday 4 months after I paid $199. and change
my parts arrived! To my dismay again the wrong window and 1/2 of my order missing.

I called again and was told to drive another
30 or so miles south to Styvesant and Broadway Auto Parts would swap it out for me. Oh yea did I mention I paid $50.00 for shipping that was not even mentioned when I placed my order. Anyway I was told by John that he just went out of business and he couldn't refund me but could give me credit.

I guess thats so I can still do business with him in the future.(probably under another name)
