Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

These people are complete scam artists.  They sold me on their product and then when I got off the phone I started to look them up on the internet.  I called them back with several questions about the validity of their company.  Whoa......if you do that they start to get angry and defensive and treat you badly like if you are some lunatic because you don't trust them and you have questions about their validity.  I spoke with a man and he was so rude to me.  It was the worst customer service I have ever had.  And instead of answering any questions they turn it around and asked me questions.  All of the people I talked to kept saying "I don't understand what you don't understand"  This seems to be the line that all of them use when they don't want to answer a question.  I found them in a search on  It shows that their website has only been up for six months and it also shows all the other website names they have used.  But if you ask them about it they will try to avoid the question or make you feel like a terrible person because how dare you ask them about that and how dare you don't trust them.  I finally got so tired of getting the run around and not getting a straight answer I told them that I could not work with a company like that and that I wanted to cancel the service they had talked me into because I didn't feel I could trust them.  Well, even thought they hadn't even charged my card yet or done any work for me they told me that they had a no cancelation policy and that I couldn't cancel.  And since then they have been hounding me daily with phone calls trying to talk to me.  I have answered a few times and told them that I am no longer interested in their service.  And they tell me again that I can't cancel and that I have already agreed to the charges.  Well, no I haven't.  I told them that I was no longer insterested in doing business with them.  Yet they keep hounding me and trying to call me.  I told them that if they charged my card I would dispute it and get the charges reversed.  They tried to charge my card today with out my authorization.  Now I have cancelled that card and am disputing the charge.  These bastards are scam artists.  Do not do business with them.  I have been told by other people that I work with that they were contacted by these people too with a different website name and were promised all kinds of things but they never had any results.
