FINE ART TREASURES - MOREI So ripoff scammed me out of $7000.00 FRAUDS Pasadena California

Fine Art treasures says i bid '' vigerously" on a 4 ct. diamond ring. In orer to bid, you must register and give credit card information. On Dec. 3rd 2005 i inquired only, and asked about color and clarity of this ring about just as somebody else won the ring for $14,000.00 . The represenative asked if I would consider being a back-up bidder on this ring. I now regretfully said Call, Me as i would have wanted to know much more about a $14,000.00 purchase, as I am in the jewelry business.This co. is on T,V. Direct t. v. Fri. nights with art & Sat. with Jewelry. Sun. Dec 4th F.AT. put $2000.00 and $5000.00 on my chase visa card putting me way over my limit without even a phone call from Chase or F.A.T. They called a few days later and wanted another credit card to put the addional $7000.00 for said ring. I was shocked to say the least! They said they had 3rd and 4th bidders. I said credit my account!!!! and no!!!

I spent the next mo.calling to have them reverse this bogas charges. Meanwhile they sent me 2 paper document envelopes with a 3rd party shipping co. G.P.I. with a picture of a tree and lyon. My stepdaugher signed the 2nd envelope, which these thiefs say they sent a $7000.00 ring that I ordered later. All lies I disputeded the charges with chase and they took the side of the thiefs saying I signed for a ring!!! I had a consoltation with attorney and within minutes found rip-off, and BBB. rates them F. all having many people ripped off by this co. I need help exposing them Thankyou
