We received our credit report it showed that we had two accounts with FINGERHUT and we had only have one both accounts showed that we owed $307.00 in each account. I only know of one account and the shipment never got to us and I call FINGERHUT and told them back in 2000 and they closed the account and said we owed nothing due to no shipment now they have reported this to a collection office 5 years later WHAT IS GOING ON. I am send them a letter hoping they will get this off our credit report.
Is there any help with this? The telephone number that I have is no long in service and the fax number is working.
