When my daughter purchased shoes at Finish Line on October 7, 2013, at South County Mall in St. Louis County, Finish Line took her debit card information and gave it to Sports Illustrated magazine. Sports Illustrated and Sports Illustrated for Kids started sending magazines to our home.

 

Today, they debited my daughter's checking account for $26.72; according to Sports Illustrated there is another charge coming for $53.50. My daughter's account now has a negative balance and she does not have use of her money. While Sports Illustrated quickly agreed to reverse the charges, my 17 year old daughter does not have access to her money.

 

Sports Illustrated explained that there is information buried at the bottom of the sales receipt; if you want to stop the "free" trial of the magazines you have to call within a certain number of days. However, no one asked my daughter if she wanted a trial subscription, and certainly no one said money would be taken from her if she did not make a phone call to cancel. The number at Sports Illustrated that I called is 1-800-992-0196.  

 

This is just so wrong, on so many levels.

Wash Depot Holdings Albert Flemming My overall work experience with Albert Flemming and Alfredo Solis has become unpleasant and distasteful. From his slanderous & derogatory comments to his regards for his treatment towards fellow employees (including sexual advances by Mr Solis towards feminine work staff) even to eradicate and knock-off certain employees. finish line car wash I took my car out after 2 weeks for a car wash. As I drove into the tunnel car wash it cleaned my car and I got out as soon I got out I noticed a dent with white marks so I called the manager and he would not show me the video and kept saying nope my car wash doesn't doo that and kept repeating. After I try to explain him that his car wash damaged my car he told me too get off his property.
