I just want to chime in and add my name to the list of disgruntled, well highly pissed off individuals.
I have all of the same things you guys do, except they charged me $1600.00 plus the $395.00.
In case you don't know, the only email that works now is A Cappello's. All of the phone numbers are no longer in service. We are all probably S$%T out of luck.
Does anyone know of a legitimate loan mod service?
I know that Paul Marker is using God's name to screw people out of money. He signed 'God Bless' to each of his emails to me!
One more thing.... Joseph Servilio is now working for another company! he called it Financial Solutions Advisors. I can't find it anywhere on the net. I'll bet he's working another scam. He's the one who told me to check out ripoff.com

I also got taken by Fintech tring to help a friend with a mortgage problem. I paid the $1,000.00 fee for her. After months of nothing from them I contacted the Mortgage Co. direct only to find out NO-ONE from Fintech had EVER contacted them. I stated dealing with the Mortgage Co. and did get her interest changed from 8.9 to 5.12 which dropped her payment $400.00 a month which she could handle. She still owes more on the house than its value. I couldn't get them to write-off some of the prinical but still have not given up yet. Still fighting with them on that. I did try to get my bank to reverse the fee paid to them but it was about 4 months later and they won't do it so I closed the account. I also filed a complaint with the AG office here in Maryland that was a laugh. I ran across this site and filed a complaint here for wahtever good it does, hope it will help other people.
