I found the website browsing through the internet searching for grants on June 22, 2009. I read about the grants that I could possibly receive and liked what I saw. So I entered all my information and gave my credit card information seeing that the website was secure, and that it was only going to cost me $1.95 to ship the grant kit to my home. So, I got my kit a couple days later and found that it was just practically used to give links to websites that I could have found on my own.

A few days later I noticed that I had a charge on my bank account for $39.95. I didn't know what it was for since I didn't authorize an "online purchase" for anything that cost that much. I called my bank to see what the charge was for and all they could give me was a telephone number,877-379-6527, no kind of name of a company. So I called and talked to Geron, employee ID: 8149, her supervisor at the time was Kyle. I asked what the charge was for and she told me that I was charged for the service that they provided, which was nothing really at all. I told her that I would like a refund and she told me, very rudely, that I should have read on step 3 of the website what the terms for the kit were. This is what your website says:
