I filed a post after dealing with these guys, before picking up my truck. I NOW KNOW why they tried to get out of putting tires on my car. Aparently they did put the tires on early (as promised) and realized they screwed up my rims ($3500 worth of rims). When I went to pick up my truck (which they never called to tell me it was done after promising about 8am the night before)... so at 12:30 I went to get my truck and noticed every rim was badly damaged, fresh scratches and dents, the metal shavings were still comming off! We called the police to document the evidance after realizing we are dealing with liars. They denied any wrong doing but it is clear they damaged my rims. I will file a complaint with EVERY agency I can, if anyone knows any other web sites please e mail me with them as we all need to protect others from this sort of thing, that way it won't happen to those we care about.
Funny thing is, Joe, the manager even told the POLICE he called corporate to find out if he could install my tires for me, the police are not idiots, they know it is SAT!!! Wow Joe really does underestimate people!

you keep talking about your rims--3500$---i would bet they are not worth near this--and i am also betting they are aftermarket chrome rims--you also stated they didn't have that size--so i am betting it is 20" or more---with this--have you ever installed tires before?--let alone on aftermarket wheels--there is a major difference between these wheels and manufacturer wheels--no mechanic wants to spend literally 1 hour or more to remove and replace wheels like this( and doing it while not leaving any marks)--which may explain why it took so long and it couldn't be finished on time--in any case--what boggles me--is you said they damaged "every rim"--why would any shop continue to do work after damaging 1 rim-also knowing it was a major pain in the a s s task!!!---let alone 2--from my experience--these people that get different wheels for there somehow think there wheels are gods--i have seen one guy come in with a subaru with after market chrome wheels--these wheels were scratched to hell--and you know what he said to me-"i love me wheels,just don't scratch my wheels"--he may have been smoking crack--i have seen another guy come in with a mercedes-of course he had to get chrome aftermarket wheels--so he comes in for a balncing problem--he said he just had 2 new tires installed on the front--so i go to balance and one of the wheels was bent to s h i t--i told him the reason he has a problem is cause one of his wheels was bent-you know what he says?-"but these are ADR wheels and there expensive"--i couldn't halp but to say just cause you paid all this money does not mean they are worth that much-and told him aftermarket wheels are not the greatest in quality-once again he says "but these are ADR wheels"--i asked him if he hit any curbs or anything and he said no--in any case--i just love people like you with these aftermarket wheels as they are a total pain in the a s s to work on--and cause you people are worried about scratches-now we have to work extra careful to avoid marks-your rims suck!!!!--if this does not apply to you i do apolgize-but this does apply to those with the big after market wheels
